OVERVIEW

About JustCollab

In 2021, lawyer Betina Noe Favrholt founded JustCollab, an online platform offering a natural alternative to traditional legal contracts. JustCollab fosters trust-based partnerships with win-win agreements, providing a creative self-management tool that balances trust and control. Betina trains individuals in organizations to create mutually beneficial rules and delivers engaging, insightful lectures with visual cases and humor.

About Betina Noe Favrholt

Betina lives in Fjaltring near the North Sea and learned that trying to control everything is just naive. She grew up in a place where formalities aren't a big deal, and as a mediator, she found her talent in shifting from rule-based methods to more interactive ones. Betina saw how bad agreements led to ugly conflicts, and now she's passionate about creating trust-based alternatives to traditional contracts. She wants to change the game, make contracts more focused on values and trust, and even contribute to the world goal about peace, justice, and strong institutions.

CHALLENGES

Betina faced several challenges that hindered her from executing her vision for JustCollab. She wanted to create videos, make good landing pages, automate her process, and so much more, but she is faced with personal limitations.

Tech Headache: Overwhelming Tasks and Tools

Betina wanted to build an online company, but she is faced with a problem - everything is just so overwhelming!

As a solution, she thought of subscribing to cloud-based platforms that aim to help digital entrepreneurs. However, knowing her own habits, she knows that if these do not provide an easily understandable and intuitive interface, the buttons will just make her feel overwhelmed.

She describes having a technique headache where too much information on the tools used and skills needed leads to a futile and unproductive outcome.

Inconsistent Workflow: Reluctancy to Promise More

Betina lacks a constant workflow, whereas tasks can take a minimum of ten (10) hours if she is high on energy, and a maximum of 100 hours if she is low on energy.

The inconsistency in her workflow can have a significant impact on her productivity and ability to meet deadlines. It can also lead to difficulty in effectively managing her time and workload, as she struggles to accurately estimate how long tasks will take to complete.

She finds herself asking the question, “How am I going to make all this work?” and hesitates to promise more to her clients. This reluctance to promise more to her clients may impact the growth and success of her business.

Betina has the vision and she knows what she wants, but she is faced with carrying out these ideals in a working online business that has a systematic flow.

GOAL

Betina wanted to create a functioning high-impact online business without the difficulty of learning a new and hard-to-understand technical platform.

SOLUTIONS

Betina turned to professionals at OnlineChangeMakers.com (OCM) to make achieving her goals easier. She started working with OCM on March 2022 based on her trusted mutual network. Betina and OCM set up an initial meeting with Jesper Bram to discuss possible solutions to the problems that she was encountering. She worked with Kulwinder Singh during this process.

OCM addressed Betina’s technique headache and inconsistent workflow by 1) introducing  personalized support that targets Betina’s problem in executing her vision and 2) easy-to-use intuitive systems that provide flow in her business and removes the burden of learning complicated tasks. Here is how OCM did it:
